NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION THROUGH THEMIS EVENTS

Are you ready to register your team(s) for a CHEERpros Championship this season? CHEERpros is partnering up with Cheer Technologies and implementing their newest platform for registration and scoring. Here are some helpful tips to get your started.

  • STEP 1: Click on link to register

    • ACCOUNT REGISTRATION INFO - submit

    • Select “I want to create a new program” - this will create your profile for your school or organization. You only need to create one program login. Once completed, you will create all of your teams with rosters.

  • STEP 2: Create your PROGRAM PROFILE.

    • Program = School or Organization.

    • Use your school/organization address to create your location.

  • STEP 3: Create your LOCATION

    • School/Organization Address & your contact email.

  • STEP 4: Create your FIRST TEAM - you will need the following information for every athlete: date of birth & an e-mail address for one (1) parent/legal guardian

    • When creating your team(s), “TEAM” refers to your squad name or level (i.e. Varsity Cheer or Aztecs Gold Team).

    • “DESCRIPTION” is a description of your team (i.e. Varsity Cheer or JV Pom). Select the division for the team you are setting up.

    • Select DIVISION: You will need to select the division that this team will be competing in for the season.

  • STEP 5: ADD ATHLETES to your Team Roster. You may add each individual athlete manually or import in bulk from a spreadsheet (follow instructions provided). The required information needed to add an athlete are:

    • First and Last Name

      • ALTERNATES: Enter alternates last on rosters & note them as (ALT) for “Nickname”

        • Alternates only need to be listed once as alternates on one team.

    • Date of Birth

    • Guardian e-mail address.

      Once information is entered, click the button “CREATE ATHLETE”.

    • Continue to + Create New Athlete until all athletes are entered for that team

  • STEP 6: To the right of your screen, select “ADD A NEW EVENT REGISTRATION”

    • Select the CHEERpros Championship you want to register your team for by clicking the appropriate Team Green Button.

  • STEP 6: Go back to the TEAMS tab and repeat steps 4 & 5 to create each team roster.

    • CROSSOVERS/ADDITIONAL ROUTINES: If you have athletes competing in more than one (1) division, do not create a new athlete entry for that athlete. For example, if you have a Varsity Pom team that competes also in Varsity Jazz. You will first create your Varsity Pom Team (STEP 4), add your athletes (STEP 5). Then you will go back to create your Varsity Jazz Team (STEP 4), and then to add your athletes (STEP 5), you will select the names from the drop down menu “ADD EXISTING ATHLETES TO TEAM”, then “ADD ATHLETES” to complete.

      • If you need to create a team comprised of 1st routine athletes and crossover athletes, create the team with the new 1st routine athletes first, then select the crossover athletes from “ADD EXISTING ATHLETES TO TEAM” drop down menu, and finally, “ADD ATHLETES”.

  • STEP 7: COACHES - Add your roster of Coaches under the “COACHES” tab, and then assign coaches to the appropriate teams. Every team must have at least one (1) assigned coach to the roster. Coaches may be assigned to more than one roster.

  • STEP 8: Return to your “TEAMS” page and you will find the list of your rostered teams. Select Championship Event by clicking the appropriate “GREEN BUTTON” for the team you want to register.

    • To be eligible for any EARLY BIRD RATES, you must be registered and paid in full by the deadline.

    • There are no refunds for cancellations. Teams cancelling their registration within the cancellation window will be eligible to receive a credit to be applied towards another CHEERpros Championship. Please see the CHEERpros Terms & Conditions for the Cancellation Policy & Tier.
