The California State Cheer and Dance Championships was created to provide a true state competition celebrating California’s unique style of cheerleading and dance!
Throughout the past few years, The State Championships has grown to be the largest state-wide competition by recognizing the outstanding athleticism, leadership, dedication, and talent of Spiritleaders throughout the State of California. By continually striving to provide the most value to all of our competitors, coaches, advisors, and spectators, Cheer Pros is committed to raising the standards and expectations of the competitive cheerleading and dance experience. This extraordinary competition provides cheerleaders, songleaders, and dancers the opportunity to showcase their talents and compete for the title of State Champion! REGISTRATION
- Registration Deadline: December 31, 2008
- $50 Per Competitor/Per Division
- $100 Per Individual/Solo
- $150 Per All Girl Stunt Group (5 Person Max)
- $100 Per Coed Partner Stunt
- $100 Per Team Late Registration

PERFORMANCE AREA
Cheer Teams, Individuals, and Stunt Groups, Will Perform On A 42’ x 54’ Spring Floor. Dance Teams & Solos Will Perform On A Wood Floor.
RULES & REGULATIONS
The State Championships Will Follow USASF, NACCC, & NHSF Guidelines.
MUSIC
- All Teams Must Provide A Quality CD Or Cassette Copy Of Music To Used During Performance.
- CDs Or Tapes Must Be Labeled With Team Name & Division.
- A Back Up Tape Is Strongly Recommended.
TIME REGULATIONS
- All Dance Teams (High School & All Star): Two Minute Fifteen Second Maximum (2:15).
- All Star Cheer & All College Cheer Teams: Two Minute Thirty Second Maximum (2:30). May Use All Music.
- High School Cheer: Two Minute Thirty Second Maximum (2:30). May Have Up To 1:30 Of Music.
- All Specialty Divisions: One Minute Maximum (1:00) AWARDS Every Team Will Receive A Placement Award.
- The Top Three Place Teams Will Receive Medals For Each Participant.
- First Place Teams Will Receive A Trophy & Banner, along with Jackets & Medals For Each Participant.
- Individuals, Solos, & Stunt Groups Will Receive Medals.
PLEASE NOTE:
The State Championships reserves the right to add, delete, combine, or split divisions in the interest of competition.
